NOTMETA

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 19, 2026

1. Operator and acceptance

NotMeta is a service operated by Damascuss, located at Los Militares No. 5620, office No. 905, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile. For questions, support, or notices regarding these terms, email contact@damascuss.io.

By creating an account, connecting a channel, or using NotMeta, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The service

NotMeta provides tools to organize and manage vehicle inventories, including vehicle information, images, and availability. It may also let you connect third-party accounts and prepare or publish content, including inventory videos, to channels you enable.

When you connect TikTok and request to publish a video, you authorize NotMeta to store and process the file and information needed to fulfill your request, and to transmit them to TikTok through the available integration. Publication depends on TikTok’s response and the settings of the connected account.

3. Your account and responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and maintain control of your account.
  • You must be authorized to connect and use each third-party account and maintain that authorization while it is connected.
  • You must hold the rights, licenses, and consents needed for any vehicles, brands, images, videos, music, voices, or other material you upload or publish, including permissions from identifiable people.
  • You are responsible for reviewing content, captions, audience, and destination account before requesting publication.
  • You must comply with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platforms you use.

4. Permission to process and publish content

You retain your rights to the content you provide. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to host, reproduce, technically adapt, and transmit it as needed to operate NotMeta and complete actions you request, such as sending a video to TikTok for publication.

This permission ends when the content is no longer needed to provide the service, unless we must retain it for legal or security reasons. Disconnecting an account stops future actions through that connection but does not automatically remove posts already sent or visible on third-party platforms.

5. Content and prohibited uses

You may not use NotMeta to upload, store, or publish content that:

  • infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights;
  • is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, or promotes violence;
  • contains malware, attempts to compromise the platform, or interferes with its operation; or
  • violates TikTok’s rules or those of another connected platform.

We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to comply with the law, protect people, or keep the service secure.

6. Connected accounts, disconnection, and deletion

You may disconnect a third-party account using the options available in NotMeta or by asking for help at our contact email. After disconnection, NotMeta will stop sending new requests through that connection. Disconnection does not revoke permissions directly with the external platform; you can also manage those permissions on that platform.

You may request deletion of your account and associated files through our account deletion page or by emailing contact@damascuss.io. We will delete data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations. Backups may be retained for a limited period before routine deletion.

Deleting files or your NotMeta account does not delete posts already on TikTok or other services. You must remove or manage those posts directly on the platform where they were published.

7. Third-party services and availability

Integrations depend on services outside Damascuss. TikTok may review or reject content, require additional steps, limit features, suspend accounts, or change its API. We therefore do not guarantee that a post will be accepted, always be available, or remain published. NotMeta also does not control changes, interruptions, or decisions by other connected platforms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue NotMeta features to maintain or improve the service, meet legal requirements, or respond to provider changes.

8. Commercial terms

If a feature or plan is paid, its price, currency, taxes, billing cycle, renewal, and cancellation terms will be disclosed before you purchase it. Accepting these terms alone does not start a charge. Third-party charges, such as those from connected platforms, are governed by those providers’ terms.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using NotMeta and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, use the service unlawfully, endanger other users or NotMeta’s security, or if needed to comply with the law or maintain the service. When possible, we will explain the reason and steps to resolve it.

When service ends, access to account features will stop. The handling and deletion of information are governed by the Privacy Policy; posts already published on external services may remain there.

10. Warranties and liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep NotMeta available and secure, but the service is provided subject to availability and may experience interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, Damascuss is not liable for third-party platform decisions, user content, loss of access caused by those platforms, or indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Where the law permits direct liability to be limited, it will be capped at the amount the user paid Damascuss for NotMeta during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to NotMeta, the law, or our providers. We will publish the current version at this URL and update the date above. If a change materially affects the use of the service, we will try to notify you through a reasonable channel. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Disputes will be brought before the courts with jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules on venue and consumer protection that apply.

If you have questions about these terms, contact us at contact@damascuss.io.
